Periodical return.—Every operator of a parking lot carrying on the running of a parking lot shall furnish to the Director of Municipal Administration, within seven days of the close of each year, a return in Form B of every sanitary certificate received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for sixty days from the date on which it is furnished.
