Clause 2, Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Building Control) Order, 2024 [S9W-QSC]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1963 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1963); (b) "operator of a parking lot" means a person carrying on the running of a parking lot; (c) "licence" means a licence received, held or disposed of by a operator of a parking lot in the course of the running of a parking lot; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
