Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the management of a school shall apply to the Council in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
