Surrender of certificate.—Every repairer of firearms who ceases to carry on the repair of firearms shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Superintendent of Police in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
