Application for registration.—Every ambulance operator carrying on the operation of ambulances shall make an application for registration to the State Medical Council in Form 20-B, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every medical device held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
