Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "ambulance operator" means a person carrying on the operation of ambulances; (c) "establishment" means a establishment received, held or disposed of by a ambulance operator in the course of the operation of ambulances; (d) "Form 20-B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
