Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in military stores who ceases to carry on dealing in military stores shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every notice of manoeuvres held by him has been disposed of.
