Surrender of certificate.—Every overseas citizen of India who ceases to carry on the holding of an overseas citizen of India card shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every registration certificate held by him has been disposed of.
