Intimation of change.—Every overseas citizen of India shall intimate to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, in Form S and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
