Intimation of change.—Every banking company shall intimate to the Financial Redress Agency, in Form G and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Financial Redress Agency shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
