Safe custody.—Every third party shall keep every statement of assets to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the furnishing of information relating to a third party is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every statement of assets so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Competent Authority within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
