Application for registration.—Every third party carrying on the furnishing of information relating to a third party shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every public register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
