Application for registration.—Every employer of beedi workers carrying on the manufacture of beedis shall make an application for registration to the Registering Officer in Form VIII, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every establishment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
