Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of beedi workers who ceases to carry on the manufacture of beedis shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
