Intimation of change.—Every athlete support personnel shall intimate to the Sports Authority, in Form H and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sports Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
