Surrender of certificate.—Every athlete support personnel who ceases to carry on the support of athletes shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
