Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Directorate of Treasuries by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form GFR 25; and the Directorate of Treasuries shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
