Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on the business of a pawnbroker shall intimate to the State Government, in Form VI and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
