Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person carrying on the business of a pawnbroker dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Government in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every weapon then held; and the State Government shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
