Rule 15, Haryana Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2024 [S9W-1KA]

Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these rules shall be preferred by the person carrying on the business of a pawnbroker aggrieved by it in Form IV within thirty days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of five thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
