Application for registration.—Every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall make an application for registration to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority in Form C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every adhesive stamp held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
