Surrender of certificate.—Every developer executing agreements for sale who ceases to carry on the execution of agreements for sale shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Superintendent of Stamps in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every stamp paper held by him has been disposed of.
