Intimation of change.—Every transporter of minerals shall intimate to the Regional Controller of Mines, in Form G and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Controller of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
