Surrender of certificate.—Every transporter of minerals who ceases to carry on the transport of minerals shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every mining plan held by him has been disposed of.
