Application for registration.—Every transporter of minerals carrying on the transport of minerals shall make an application for registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form K, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every mining plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
