Intimation of change.—Every publisher of a report of proceedings of the Legislature shall intimate to the Chief Electoral Officer, in Form 26 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electoral Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
