Fees.—The fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the State Commission by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VI; and the State Commission shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
