Regulation 2, PFRDA (Forms of Annuity service providers) Regulations, 2023 [S9T-VQG]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); (b) "annuity service provider" means a person carrying on the provision of annuities; (c) "remittance challan" means a remittance challan received, held or disposed of by a annuity service provider in the course of the provision of annuities; (d) "Form 10" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
