Intimation of change.—Every polling agent shall intimate to the Electoral Registration Officer, in Form 2B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Electoral Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
