Surrender of certificate.—Every data fiduciary who ceases to carry on the processing of personal data shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every log held by him has been disposed of.
