Application for registration.—Every operator of a school bus carrying on the transport of school children shall make an application for registration to the Regulatory Authority in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every mark sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
