Application for registration.—Every operator of a critical information infrastructure carrying on the operation of critical information infrastructure shall make an application for registration to the Unique Identification Authority in Form G, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every consent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
