Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a critical information infrastructure who ceases to carry on the operation of critical information infrastructure shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Unique Identification Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
