Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a critical information infrastructure dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Unique Identification Authority in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every notice then held; and the Unique Identification Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
