Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a cyber cafe who ceases to carry on the running of a cyber cafe shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every weapon held by him has been disposed of.
