Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trading licensee shall apply to the State Commission in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
