Application for registration.—Every broadcaster carrying on the broadcasting of programmes shall make an application for registration to the Broadcasting Authority in Form I, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every broadcast licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
