Application for registration.—Every air transport undertaking carrying on the carriage of passengers by air shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form CA-3, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every log book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
