Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the direct selling entity shall apply to the Controller in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
