Application for registration.—Every owner of a saw mill carrying on the running of a saw mill shall make an application for registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Form IV, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every sample of effluent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
