Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a saw mill who ceases to carry on the running of a saw mill shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every hazardous substance held by him has been disposed of.
