Application for registration.—Every direct selling entity carrying on the business of direct selling shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Warehouses in Form F, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every chit agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
