Intimation of change.—Every establishment employing persons with disabilities shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form VII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
