Surrender of certificate.—Every establishment employing persons with disabilities who ceases to carry on the employment of persons with disabilities shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every certificate of disability held by him has been disposed of.
