Intimation of change.—Every owner of a motor vehicle shall intimate to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, in Form 20 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
