Application for registration.—Every nursing home carrying on the running of a nursing home shall make an application for registration to the District Registering Authority in Form 41, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every drug held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
