Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a building near a defence work who ceases to carry on the erection of buildings near a defence work shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Telangana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every building held by him has been disposed of.
