Safe custody.—Every owner of a building near a defence work shall keep every defence work to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the erection of buildings near a defence work is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every defence work so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Telangana within fourteen days of the close of each year.
