Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a fishery in a reservoir shall apply to the Irrigation Authority in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Irrigation Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
