Intimation of change.—Every diagnostic laboratory shall intimate to the National Medical Commission, in Form 19 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Medical Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
